A college project creating folklore poster with a twist of modern era. "Family Reunion" took inspiration from the Legend of Bali Strait, Indonesia.

Original Lore

The Bali Strait is a small sea that separates Java and Bali. According to folklore, the Bali Strait was formed because of the actions of Manik Angkeran who liked to gamble and was crazy about wealth.

World Building

While humans live in modern times, there are some who are given the "gift" that they have the power of Spirit.

This spirit can take many forms and depends on the spirit itself. They have a form according to the mythology that people know and are known for such as Amaterasu, Shinigami, Hades, Azrael, and other entities.

In Indonesia, these talented people gather and become a separate organization called P.E.T.R.U.S. The main mission of the organization is to prevent riots related to spiritual phenomena and corruption cases under government supervision (KPK).
